New and Older Housing

New Housing:

Refers to new homes under construction. Normally, the builder chooses the home's heating system but the buyer can discuss the options with the builder and choose a specific system. Talk to your builder about the ēKOCOMFORT® system.

Older Housing:

Refers to homes already built. An existing home may be only a year old or it can be 100 years old. Once a home has been built and lived in, and the new home warranty has expired, any changes are up to the owner.
