This organization is leading the product development and project management for this group and will ultimately be responsible for packaging and production of the finished product. The overall project management for Vebteck is under the direction of H.R West (H. R. West Holdings). The group is developing an integrated product designated as an Aquamaster® Q100 Series system that will be available for use with natural gas, propane or oil. |

Key system components are a custom-engineered version of a low mass boiler, high-performance air filter, a blower coil module with integral heat recovery ventilation core, an Innex® instantaneous domestic hot water (DHW) heat exchanger and direct thru-wall vent system with integral outside air dilution system for the flue gases. Burner input can be selected between 70-150,000 Btu/hr (20-44 kW). The airhandler module utilizes a GE ECM®, and electrical usage is expected to be under 50 Watts for continuous (low-speed) fan operation; 240 Watts for heating speed at ~700 cfm; and 575 watts for high speed cooling using an optional add-on chiller, but using the same space conditioning coil for air conditioning and central warm air heating. Nutech has become a leader in the increasingly important field of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) management with its widely used heat recovery ventilators and energy recovery ventilators (HRVs and ERVs). Nutech also produces and markets the Clean Air Furnace®, which combines an HRV core with a fancoil. Nutech is supplying the customized integrated airhandler unit for this team. |

The company specializes in product development and metals fabrication and has considerable knowledge in combustion engineering. Fleetline will be providing a customized low-mass boiler and associated controls for this group. The AFUE rating of the boiler is expected to be ~84 %. |
